Cancellation Policy:
High Season Rentals - (June, July, August, September and holiday
periods) Minus a 15% charge, deposits for high season rentals will be
refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival
date. If notice of desire to cancel is made 60 days or less for high
season rentals, the deposit will be refunded
only if the casita can be re-rented.
Other
Rental Times - Minus a 15% charge, deposits for other rental times are
refundable if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival
